Comments

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

Othalart utiliza una medición propia, limitada y no publicitaria para comprender el funcionamiento del sitio y mejorar la experiencia.

• Recopilamos únicamente la página o proyecto visitado, fecha y hora aproximadas, tipo general de dispositivo, resolución aproximada, país aproximado, canal de llegada, clics relevantes como Contact, tiempo activo aproximado y si la visita es nueva o repetida.
• No recopilamos nombre, correo, teléfono, texto de formularios, ubicación precisa, huellas digitales, historial fuera de othalart.com ni datos para publicidad o remarketing.
• La dirección IP puede utilizarse temporalmente para determinar el país aproximado y limitar duplicados o abuso. No se almacena completa: se transforma inmediatamente en un valor HMAC diario que vence aproximadamente en 25 horas.
• La información se almacena como conteos agregados por hora. El detalle horario se conserva inicialmente durante 90 días, valor configurable entre 30 y 365 días. Antes de vencer se consolida en agregados diarios sin identificadores, que pueden conservarse por más tiempo.
• La medición es propia de Othalart, no se utiliza para publicidad y no se comparte con terceros. No usamos Google Analytics, Meta Pixel ni servicios publicitarios para esta función.

La medición anónima está activada por defecto. Puedes desactivarla o volver a activarla cuando quieras desde el enlace Privacidad del footer. Al desactivarla, el navegador deja de enviar eventos y elimina las marcas locales exclusivas de analítica. También respetamos Global Privacy Control y Do Not Track como señales automáticas de exclusión.
